We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Profile information (company name, address, website)
• Listing data (vehicle details, photos, pricing)
• Communication data (messages between users)
• Payment information — only if you take a paid subscription on our website, which is processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions are free at present, so no payment details are being collected today. The mobile app never processes payments.
• Usage data (pages visited, search queries, interactions)
• Location data — when you use "Near me", or set the location of a listing, we receive your device's coordinates in order to sort results by distance or to place that listing on the map. Your browser always asks for permission first, and you can refuse it or withdraw it at any time in your browser settings; the rest of the site continues to work without it. We do not track your location in the background. The location you give a listing is published as part of that listing.

3. Обмін інформацією

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: (a) service providers who assist in our operations — these are named individually in the sections below, and include Sentry, which receives crash and performance diagnostics from our mobile app; (b) law enforcement when required by law; (c) other users as part of the marketplace functionality (e.g., your seller profile is visible to buyers). We ensure all third parties comply with applicable data protection laws.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, and access controls.

We use the following third-party analytics and advertising tools:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, session duration, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects pseudonymous usage data. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Facebook (Meta) Pixel — individual dealer websites hosted on our platform may use a Meta Pixel configured by that dealer to measure the effectiveness of their advertising. Where a pixel is active, it may collect page-view events and cookie identifiers. Please refer to Meta's privacy policy and your browser or ad-preference settings to manage this.

Платіжні провайдери

Payments on MenonMobility (such as subscription fees and featured-listing fees) are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers — payment data is transmitted directly to and processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and Stripe's privacy policy. We receive only limited information such as payment status, the last four digits of your card, and billing details needed for invoicing.

Other Service Providers

To operate the Service we also rely on the following processors, who handle your data only as needed to provide their service:

• Brevo — sending transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing emails (receives your name and email address).
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — converting seller business addresses into map coordinates (geocoding).
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — secure file storage, including generating your personal-data export files when you request them.
• Apple (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — delivering push notifications to the mobile app, if you enable them (uses a device push token).
• Sentry — crash and performance diagnostics for our mobile app; receives fault details, device type and app version, and a signed-in user's ID and email address. Processed on servers in the EU.
• Hosting — our servers and databases are hosted in Germany (EU).

6. Ваші права (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate personal data
• Request erasure of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Request restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Зберігання даних

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for 30 days after deletion. Records of paid website subscriptions, where any exist, are retained for 7 years as required by German commercial and tax law.

Our servers, databases and crash diagnostics are located within the European Union. Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on a safeguard permitted under the GDPR — an adequacy decision, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.
